CNB Consulting was engaged by Touma Property Developments to deliver the Development & Project Management for the 42 x apartments. Consisting of one level basement with four stories.

CNB completed the full coordination of the Construction Certificate design team. Part of this process was to manage a number of fire alternative solutions throughout this building. CNB has the experience in addressing the issues whilst maintaining the project budgets.
