CNB Consulting is engaged by Leonard Street Pty Ltd to deliver the Development & Project Management for the 38 x apartments. Consisting of one level basement with five stories.
CNB completed the full coordination of the Construction Certificate design team. Part of this process was to manage a number of fire alternative solutions throughout this building. Generally, with the tight sites now popping up around the CBD to achieve the minimum required distances to meet the BCA is difficult. CNB has the experience in addressing the issues whilst maintaining the project budgets.
CNB managed the builder and key contractors.
