DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Establishing the project matrix identifying project responsibilities.
  • Establishing the project team and its contractual engagement.
  • Management and coordination of the design team in accordance with the client’s brief.
  • Coordination and management of the Planning Application documentation.
  • Coordination and management of the tender process and the engagement of the successful contractor.
  • Management and coordination of the Contract Documentation for the Construction Contract.
  • Tendering and management of Early Works packages.
  • Project reporting to meet the client’s needs.
  • Coordination of the project certifiers, consultants and Engineers to ensure project brief, BCA, Australian Standards are being adhered too.
  • Coordination of Quality Assurance and WH&S Plans are in place and adhered to.
  • In association with the client’s Quantity Surveyor, management of the project costs in accordance with the client’s budget.
  • Preparing a Project Program and managing the project to meet key milestone dates.
  • Chairing monthly Project Control Group meetings.
  • Preparation of a monthly client report covering cost, timing, quality control and other key aspects of the project.
  • Defects management.
  • Practical Completion of the Works.
  • Project Completion and preparation of the Project handover Report.
