IMEX Shipping is an International Shipping Company located in Huntingwood NSW.

The project was subject to hail damage in a storm event in 2015 which lead to extensive mould contamination.

During to process of remediation, the project was subject to a full BCA & Fireupgrade, which has included a complete design modification, services redesign and access upgrades including a new internal lift.

The project has to maintain a small staff occupancy to manage the bulk goods chemical tank farm located internally of the building and B Double truck access.

CNB was engaged to facilitate the management of the project redesign including BCA and fire upgrade assessments, coordination of all designers and consultants and the preparation of the complying Development and Development Applications.

CNB Consulting is also the nominated principal superintendents on this project to manage the principal contractors.
