CNB Consulting was engaged by Hungay Pty Ltd the Developer to deliver the Project Management for the 49 x apartments and 6 retail spaces. Consisting of three level basement with six stories.

CNB completed the full coordination of the Construction Certificate design team. Part of this process was to manage a number of fire alternative solutions throughout this building. CNB has the experience in addressing the issues whilst maintaining the project budgets.

CNB manage the builder and key consultants.
